Lovely walk to get there in the summer with lovely views. Could do with a cafe there and some more benches. Note pictures include walk from Bewdley and not just the Reservoir
Absolutely beautiful here. Came for an afternoon walk and even got to see the train go past! Such a peaceful and lovely place to come to for an afternoon. Very family friendly.
Enjoyable walk through the woods across the Severn Valley Railway track to the reservoir where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and of the River Severn. Relatively easy access along the path from the road although be prepared for the incline coming back up!
It is relatively easy to drive to from Bewdley. The car park is free and spacious. There is a definite lack of clear signposting for walks and a lot of uneven paths, making it unsuitable for prams and wheelchair users. There is also some construction work near the reservoir blocking off a footpath. There are a few nice things to see, but overall, it's really just a point of interest on the way to Arley.
Enjoyable walk here today. Big car park. Start from the woodland need to cross railway and then walk around reservoir. Later on continue to the river to see Victoria Bridge. Come back to the car park. That makes it nice circular walk.

A great walk around Trimpley Reservoir. My only real criticism of the area is the lack of signposts and uneven path down to the reservoir. There are restrictions preventing public walking down the main road which is nice and even and instead your pointed towards an uneven path. Once you get down though you can have a lovely walk around. Toilets: None available Accessibility: Not really suitable for wheelchair users.
If I believed in God, I'd say he took serious pride in creating this place. It is gorgeous! I'm there for work at the moment and honestly, you couldn't get a more stunning backdrop for a construction site. The locals are all super friendly, there's plenty of pedestrian routes, it's great for a day out with the family or walking the doggo, a wonderful array of wildlife to enjoy and the scenery is some of the best I've ever laid eyes upon. A true delight just outside of Birmingham.
Beautiful nature reserve, places to have picnics, and lovely woodland to walk through, you even get to cross the severn valley railway track.
