Highly recommend! Lovely customer service and because we’re signed up to the rewards app we got 50% off as a ‘birthday treat’. My dog looks lovely and her fur feels so clean (she was minging before she went).
Really disappointing with the service here. They cancelled on the same day with me last month to wait another month to get my dogs booked in. Now I am 25 mins late for 1 appointment they won't see either dog despite telling me both take 2 hours for a groom, in the 3 hours 35 mins left they have blocked out for their Grooms they can't even do 1 dog. Terrible service. Won't be using again and would not recommend!
What a wonderful groom my lasapoo had with Abby and Chloe the last two times she has been. Great when you book in it really doesn't matter who the groomer is as standards and skills are amazing. Totally recommended as the professionalism of some local groomers is questionable along with their insurance. Prefer to go to Barnsley Groom Room for guaranteed excellent service
I took my dog today for a full groom and when I arrived I was asked if she had been groomed before so I said I didn’t know as I had only had her for a few weeks. The girl said she would have to ask her manager if they could take her as they recommend owners to have had their dog at least 6 weeks before bringing them for grooming. That is understandable but it doesn’t say anywhere on their website that is recommended and I even phoned them to make the appointment and mentioned then I had only had her a few weeks and they never said anything about it. They eventually agreed to take her and told me to come back in an hour but if she was ready sooner they would ring me. I didn’t get a call so went back an hour later and she was on a lead tied to the wall in a room on her own. I could see straight away they hadn’t cut her nails which was included in the price and when I asked why, their excuse was ‘she did a little growl when we tried’. I understand not wanting to make a dog stressed but my dog is so friendly and will happily give her paw to anyone so I really can’t imagine her growling at anyone. The girl then said ‘I won’t charge you for the nails’ as if she was doing me a favour not charging me for something they didn’t do! It still cost me £27 for a bath and blow dry and that was with 10% off. I will not be returning.
Brought my brothers Shih Tzu dogs here and the team did a fantastic job! Its the best they've ever looked! Top quality groom and the staff are ever so friendly and professional.
Fantastic service! very polite and helpful stylists that go above and beyond to make sure my boy is looking the best he has been groomed by all 3 of the groomers Chloe Abby and Olivia and each one have done an amazing job keep up the good work!
I am very impressed with how the salons up keep us clean and tidy and ado how well organised it is. I’m also impressed with how good the staff are here, took my 10 year old dog for a full groom came back home smelling like a angel and came back in the best mood possible I would highly recommend as the staff (grommers) who work here make sure you feel comfortable with the service and always double check what service you would like before proceeding with the groom. They also know when your dog needs the little bit more caring for example cleaning teeth or cutting nails. Overall I would 100% recommend the Barnsley groom room.
