Ordered a taxi from Paragon for yesterday, 20th November 2024, promised me he would be here at 11am. Didn't turn up and never answered my messages. It was the very first time I had ever phoned a wheelchair accessible taxi. I then phoned DTS Disability Transport Services and Scott soon had a taxi round to me. He was lovely to talk to and I have booked them again for tomorrow.
