Cleaning local offices in Birmingham I have been using the cleaning service that TCMS provide at various offices in Birmingham. The staff are always on time dressed smartly and polite. Move from a previous commercial office cleaning provider in Birmingham as the overall service was poor. TCMS have been a breath of fresh air. The standard of cleaning is excellent. Overall really impressed and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company. Have had several periodic cleans and always really good service. Really quick response times from admin and David and Tony were very professional and personable on site. Like that they're an independent business too, as you get a 5 star service from actual people rather than waiting on hold.
If we could give 1 star we would. David came out to give us a quote after I had spoken to the office regarding our requirements. He showed up clearly un-interested to begin. Half way through showing him around he sharply said he was not interested and left... No manners, so rude I am still in shock. I can not believe that this is your BDM. Shocking. We would have been very understanding is the premises was not suitable but to be so rude and unprofessionally we were disgusted.
