Great service, very efficient carpet looks new :) so thrilled with the result they were professional and kept me in the loop. They were honest about limitations but honestly we are thrilled with the finished product. I dropped the iron on the carpet and after their work you wouldn’t know at all. Great work thank you.
Deep Clean Extreme came to my rescue and cleaned two very large, heavy and badly soiled curtains to a very high standard. They collected and returned them within 7 days. They were honest about the possible limitations of the service and provided a price in advance. I would recommend unreservedly if you have large, expensive curtains which no other company is willing to deal with.
When my granddaughter knocked half a tub of curry on my silver carpet I was sure it was ruined. I tried all the internet remedies but the stain wasn't lifting. Ash came out and explained I'd probably set the stain but as I had no off cuts for him to do a repair he'd try. After a few experiments he found something that would work to some degree but he'd have to come back to do it. After the first visit 80% of the stain was gone on the second visit 99.9%. You'd have to get on your hands and knees to find any traces. I'm absolutely delighted with the result as is my granddaughter! I think Ash surprised himself too. An absolute professional determined to offer the best service. Thank you!
Amazing rug cleaning service, very fast collection and delivery, great money value. Ash was extremely helpful, professional and polite, got my quote right away and when he heard what happened to my rug he arranged collection for next day. Just one word for these guys...WOW!! The transformation was amazing. In the hallway we have expensive carpet and one day somebody didn't take their shoes off and worse had oil on the soles which embedded itself into the places they walked along on the carpet. I pretty much tried every on the shelf product to clean myself but nothing worked. Even got professionals in and they basically said, 'no way will that come out' and that we would have to change our carpet'. Then someone we know well recommended these guys and said just try them and will not be disappointed. Reluctantly decided to give them a go... and those who had previously seen the carpet thought we'd had brand new carpet fitted. The results are genuinely amazing!! They are what the name says...Deep Clean Extreme. Excellent service from point of contact to end of job. definitely get all the stars!!
Absolutely first rate service from Ash and Alan! The process was clearly explained from the outset and explanations and advice were given throughout, and it was very obvious these guys are highly professional and take pride in their work! Ash took enormous care to ensure that my new paintwork wasn't damaged, (even placing foam over the equipment to be used and brushing the edges of each doorway by hand!). He offered valuable advice so that my new doors were protected, too. They have commercial grade equipment for cleaning and drying, and stayed as long as it took to do a first class cleaning job and ensure that I wasn't left with soggy carpets. I couldn't be more pleased by this friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and very professional team and the work completed and would highly recommend them, if you want a job well done!
