Excellent service. I called up needing cleaning as quickly as possible. The team managed to fit us in and did a fantastic job on the windows. The windows were done perfectly and dried within ten minutes. Will be using sparkling windows every time. Thanks!

Contacted them in regards to fitting a catflap to our double glazed back door. They seemed professional as they sent someone round to quote the works. I had bought my own catflap for them to fit which wasnt an issue. They collected the catflap after i said I was happy with the quote. It was collected on 14 August and then I heard nothing till 6th September after much chasing. Was informed they were having issues and would give it 1 more try, to which I agreed. Again not responding to my call, text or emails. Just want my catflap back so that a PROPER company can do the works. Have had to buy another catflap as just cannot get a response from these con-artist. Its now 19th October and still no response. I would recommend keeping well clear! Yes you did explain that it has to go away to be done but this does still not justify ignoring all my calls, text and emails over several weeks. I wouldnt be so upset if you had just kept me informed instead of ignoring all my attempts to contact yourselves. You contacted me on the 19/10/2021, when your last contact was 6/09/2021. I tried several times to contact yourselves but you og ored all my text and emails. Thank you for finally returning the cat flap but as mentioned before had to buy another one as couldnt get hold of yourselves. Considering you collected the catflap 14/08/2021.
My wife and I recently bought our first home and we hired Sparkling Windows after comparing a few different quotes from local window cleaners. The price was competitive and the lady we spoke with on the phone was friendly and professional. I had no issues arranging an appointment to get my windows (including two kitchen skylights), facias and guttering cleaned and was really happy with the results. The guy who came seemed like a bit of a quiet perfectionist, but he seemed nice, turned up on time and it’s clear he takes pride in the quality of his work. It was simple enough to set up a direct debit for the same services at times throughout the year too, and this saves me the hassle of repeatedly booking appointments as and when. Overall, highly recommended.
I have been a Sparkling Windows customer for years now and I have been amazed by how professional they have always been but especially during these uncertain times when everything is up in the air. They have remained consistent bringing a bit of normality to home life with a smile and a wave through the window.
