Fabulous ,courteous service. Chris Lloyd our delivery driver went above normal service to make sure he could get our bulk wood delivery, as close to our door as possible. Terrible company to deal with. Definitely need to go on some customer service courses. You chase up why successive deliveries have not arrived and they speak to you like it was your fault. Package finally arrived with box open and damaged - no reference to the damage on tracking info and they didn't knock to get a signature. Some parts missing, inevitably fallen out of box.
Leaving this review minutes after a pallet delivery just to say what a lovely and helpful service I've received from Delsol. I had a call from them yesterday to book the delivery in and it was here by 9am this morning! I'd explained I was concerned about the item being on a pallet and too heavy for me to move on my own and the gent on the phone said he'd make a note for the driver to see if they could give me any assistance. Well the delivery guy could not have been more helpful or friendly and brought the pallet right up to my door. Fab service and your staff are a credit to your company. Thank you!
Driver refused to deliver due to access, despite us having 18 and 32 ton delivery's daily. After an hour of persuading the drive, that access is no issue, he then decided to take his anger out on the people on site. Have to check now if vendors are using Pallet Network that may include Delsol and choose different vendors. Delsol is loosing some companies trade.
Great company, friendly staff, great communication to find a missing parcel, drivers well mannered and respectful! Problem was solved in the space of 24hrs.
I have worked for Delsol for ten years now and I have recently been offered a promotion. Hard work pays off and there are good opportunities on offer within the company. We work hard to do our best and have a great rapport with our customers. The operations team are more like a family and I have met some life long friends working for Delivery Solutions.
reasonable place to work. Could be a little more professional when it comes to drivers problems. Oh and overtime is paid at £0.00 per hour on nights. So you're never gonna be rich working there!
Item delivered to safe place fine very first time. Had to reorder exact same item as broke it. Now saying cannot deliver to safe place! 2 delivery attempts have been made but no time of delivery left and website is not user friendly to reschedule delivery. My recommendation would be as well as writing a redelivery date on your cards that you leave to also state an approx time please.
