   We appointed Fidelis as our cleaning contractor and they have been doing a great job from the start. We have struggled in the past but they have been working closely with us and the service has been excellent. Our cleaning team work hard and provide a good professional service. We have also used Fidelis for additional works and they too have been very good. Impressed.

   The staff are not helpful or approachable. Have tried getting in touch with the company but poor lines of communication- keep getting past on and put on hold. Cleaners arriving at properties without identification to show. When neighbours ask them where they're from they get very hostile. Breaking down doors in shared entrances without asking permission of other home-owners who it belongs to. Would not recommend at all.

   St Francis of AssisiCatholic College School Fidelis Not good I worked here for 3 months says 12 hours a week but it's not it's 10.44 they take the rest off you for the 6 weeks holiday .it's fast paced for the money really hard work I'm still waiting for my money they owe me saying it's 12 hours but not phoned office about this said someone would ring me back but still waiting sent uniform back which cost me postage.thinkig of going to cab to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend working for these people don't stop there so for stars 0.    Fidelis were awarded the cleaning contract at Holy Trinity school having demonstrated a good understanding of the challenging requirements of the site, although this did not take into account the pandemic which has since added an extra layer of need. However, the response of Fidelis and its team of staff has been extremely impressive, the cleanliness of the site is faultless and offers great reassurance at a time of concern. The individual care and attention from Fidelis has justified the leap of faith in awarding the contract with the company and as a school we feel that we are in a safe and competent pair of hands.
