I would strongly advise against using Brass Facilities. My experience with the company revealed deeply concerning business practices, including the mistreatment of both staff and clients. Their approach relies heavily on pressure tactics and questionable contractual terms that lack transparency and fairness. The way they conduct themselves is both unethical and unprofessional.

I recently reviewed Brass Fascilities regarding an issue we had in our Apartment complex. Within minutes I was speaking to their General Manager Mark Hadden who listened with genuine concern and arranged to meet me an hour later. He took time to listen and immediately made arrangements to rectify our concerns . He attended our site the next morning with three members of staff at 07.00 prompt. What a great response from this company and a brilliant job was done by All. Thank you Mark and the team. All the best.
This company owns ME money, this company is a liar, they don’t pay the money that you work, I called the manager “Katie” and she is very rude, I have to get paid 18 hours of a deep cleaning that I did, and this company is just ignoring me… Do never work for this company otherwise you will get robbed
One star for overall "performance" if you can call it that. Shame on Victoria Stallard for being such a nasty bully, but what can you expect from such trash? If the manager is going to "make use of vicky to keep him happy whilst his wife is pregnant" then all I can say is I'm glad I'm out of the shi* .
Always on time, always do a good job and always polite and courteous. Most importantly to me, as being responsible for a large business, I can trust all of the staff to be on site on there own, locking doors and setting alarms, ready for my staff to start the next day. Thank you Brass Facilities.
The apartment block I live in are cleaned by this company, generally they clean very well, on a recent clean, a team (C&K) did an amazing job, so much so I thought we had a positive vivid case in the block and we were being deep cleaned!!! The communal parts were spotless. A true credit to the company.
