   I want to know how I'm supposed to guess where the delivery guy left my package? I'm at home waiting for the package, I paid for delivery, and you send my package to this company that doesn't deliver to the address. They delivered it to the wrong address, I have no idea where my package ended up. I want this resolved urgently or give me my money back. Where is my package? Where did you put it? There's no address or explicit location where my package might be.

   Have to agree with the other reviewers, piss poor service. 2x Samsung mobile phones delivered to an address but not to the person that ordered them, ME! That photo is not my apartment door. Where are my Xmas gifts DPD?

   Was sat in my living room. The ring doorbell wasn't used and the heavy knocker we have wasn't used properly. Just got a message saying they couldn't drop the parcel. This is a regular occurrence by DPD and other delivery companies. Probably due to giving drivers until realistic targets to hit driven by the promise of small bonuses. Not good enough

   Waited in all day, at the allotted hour I sat by the window next to my door. Your driver Jabulani drove past so fast, he missed my house, reversed into a nearby side road before lying by stating he'd attempted to deliver, without success. He then drove my parcel to a Post Office. So a day off work for nothing, sitting around for an hour for nothing, then having to go out and collect my parcel from somewhere else. I paid for door delivery! Your lying driver JABULANI has cost me time and money. I genuinely hope he receives the same or worse service himself wherever he goes for many weeks to come.

   Still waiting for my parcel says they attempted delivery last Friday no it didn't we was in checked app it said it was still in Bolton and still waiting for it we av a very upset autistic girl waiting for her parcel to arrive and cannot contact them for it won't be using again
