   10/10 - Excellent. Its important for me that people do what they say they will do and Owl Property Maintenance stood over ever word. Every single day Adrian turned up and worked his socks off. When the job grew in size due to an issue that was uncovered along the way, Owl Property Maintenance stepped up without a bother. They were excellent. They can do everything - tiling, building walls, bathroom installation, ceiling and flooring replacement, plastering, electrics. All to a high standard. Adrian was our main guy with help from Michael at the installation stage for our bathroom and various other members of the team popping in here and there. Im assuming it’s when there was specialist eyes needed for electrics as an example. All very polite, considerate and hard working. From day one total consideration. Was given to my property and I was impressed that nothing was started until the flooring and carpets were all covered and protected. Each night the building work was not left until it was secured so my 1 year old and 4 year old were safe and there was a clean up every night. Thoroughly impressed at the communication throughout - Mark lead on this and was straight back to me every time on text message without delay, even out of hours. We will be using again in the future and have a growing list of jobs that we’ll be putting their way. Highly recommended.

   We have just had our bathroom fully refitted by this company and honestly what a pleasure it was! Our new bathroom is absolutely beautiful and is a complete transformation from the old disabled wet room which was there previously! Leah was so helpful and always just a text away if we needed help with anything. I can’t thank and praise our fitter Tom highly enough, his work is absolutely top quality and his attention to detail was second to none. He made sure throughout the fitting process to keep checking I was happy, explain things to me and asked for my preferences on different finishing options (grout colour, tile placement etc). I cannot recommend this company enough - amazing quality, fantastic work ethic, friendly team and reliable service. Thank you so much!

   Highly recommend OWL Property Maintenance , they did a really great job on renovating my bathroom and toilet.    We had a few issues with Owl when they were fitting our new bathroom, lack of contact and communication and changing the layout of the bathroom without asking us being the main things, but in the end we were happy with the initial look of the bathroom….but fast forward 2 years!!! The tiles started coming off the wall, so we got another company to come have a look, turns out, the incorrect amount of timber was used in the supporting wall built by owl, they had not used PVA when applying the tiles and just added them with big circles of cement, they were literally hanging onto the wall with the grout in between them. They even put tiles behind the tiles to make the wall straight! They glued the toilet to the tiles, connected the bathroom mirror to the shower electrics, plumbed the sink so badly that the water doesn’t drain, and glued behind the shower controls which means now they are loose we can’t fix them. This means after two years we are needing another company to completely strip and re-do the bathroom. Yes all the reviews look good but wait until they’ve had their bathrooms a few years and see if they are still as happy with the workmanship! All I can say is cowboys, avoid and find a reputable company who will fit you a bathroom to last! Spend your money with a company you can trust - if this stops even just one person using Owl to fit their bathroom, then it was worth my time writing this review.

   Amazing company! My bathroom is lovely. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the choices, but explained this to OWL and they spoke to me about what type of colourings I would like and sent me over a design, which I loved! Nothing was too much trouble and the customer service was fantastic! Thank you all so much, you made this such an easy process! Would recommend to everyone!

   Amazing work by the team. Completely transformed my 1 bed ground floor flat into a really cosy place. Bathroom overhauled and looks incredible. Carpet fitted. All walls painted and fixed up. Incredible work Owl! Highly recommend to anybody needing some work doing to their property.
