Driver didn't knock first time, I was in and left the parcel outside. Second time, he left a different parcel outside the entrance door - I'm 4 floors up - and he didn't buzz up! I saw him from my balcony walking up, so stood in hall waiting for intercom to go! Good job I checked my e-mail and saw the photo, so I could go down and retrieve it.
