   Absolutely diabolical service. I've tried unsuccessfully now for three weeks to establish the wareabouts of my parcel that was shipped from Switzerland. The tracking repeatedly says they've attempted delivery, but no one was home to sign for it. The last being 40 minutes ago, while we are both sat here listening for the doorbell to ring, the dog didn't bark and there's no note posted through to say we've missed our delivery. Complete liars, and absolutely incompetent. DHL as always fail to deliver, they are the worst of the worst, when it comes to posting anything. Unfortunately Victorianox knifes use them to send your prized possessions back to you after what should be a simple service.

   All the staff that man the reception desk are extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly. The only let down is the WiFi for the computers and payment system. What could be a quick and efficient process, is being let down by poor quality tech. Otherwise it would be 5 star rating.

   My parcel was meant to be delivered today and I ensured I stayed at home to receive it. Not only was the carrier late, but I checked the tracking website and saw that my parcel's delivery was rescheduled because "the recipient was not at home". That is a complete lie and I am so frustrated because today was a much convenient time for me to receive this parcel.

   Well my package was to be delivered on Friday just gone, they said it was unsuccessfull no one answered the door but I had no knock no one came to my door I looked on my ring doorbell, there was no card left now it's supposed to be delivered yesterday and today. Keeps saying its for collection even though I've spoke to 7 advisors about it being delivered and nothing. Totally unprofessional

   Not something we need very often, to send documents abroad... But after the post office had an issue with overseas deliveries after being hacked.. This was our plan B. Very easy, helpful staff and good price. It cost us about 20 quid to send to Portugal, it arrived the following day and was easily trackable throughout... Great!

   What a joke DHL & DHL local are apparently different companies, my local DHL shop would not accept parcel, had to drive an hour to drop parcel off, DHL joke of a company for the Wirral

   I came to the DHL branch in South Liverpool at 11.35am 2nd November 2022 and was met by a lady with a name tag on known as Karen, what rude, abrupt, arrogant, and Impolite staff member she was, appalling in her mannerism and customer service approach. I am dumbfounded and would not of believed that such a reputable company as DHL would employ such a person to work on the front desk in the customer service department . I felt the whole experience offputting. I fully understand that sending goods abroad has to be checked individually and personal items must be looked at and inspected for security measures and procedures must be followed. I fully understand this and have no issues with this procedure, however the staff member doing this job is absolutely dreadful. Being in business myself I am of the firm belief that providing good customer service/satisfaction is imperative and of paramount importance along with politeness and courtesy is all part of a procedure in dealing with the clients. CAN NOT, WOULD NOT, WILL NOT, AND SHOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

   Deliveries completed on schedule to Brisbane in Australia. Notifications of deliveries given to sender and receiver which is brilliantly done via email or text message depending upon your preferences selected. Parcels always arrive in perfect conditions. Thank you DHL Speke.
