   They have 2 parcels that they said they attempted delivery for - they never attempted to deliver - I was home and I have cameras to prove this. The parcels never left Prescot delivery office - this is the photo on the tracking that apparently proved they attempted delivery. It’s a photo of the inside of their office. Absolutely rubbish. Putting in a complaint as they lie and now I’m expected to go pick them up from a place that has a 2 hour window for collection. If I could give zero stars I would

   Thanks so much to the staff at the prescot depo for holding my parcel for me after it could not be delivered to my address due to an error on my behalf…I really needed the parcel due to us going on holiday the next day and I’m very happy I now have it! Thanks again x

   Very restricted opening hours, it's hardly worth using 'Royal Mail' now. Parcel reference codes are never written on the "you weren't in" cards, so you can't rearrange delivery - you're forced to visit the sorting office. This is not helpful to anyone with limited mobility, sick or disabled people.
