   Every time I visit Ernest Jones, I always walk away happy with the purchase and the buying experience. Akash and Bhanu are always very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. As a frequent customer, Akash is generally able to recommend styles and items that he knows I will be interested in. James is absolutely brilliant as the store manager. When it comes to watches he knows exactly what he is talking about. Again much like Akash, he is able to recommend watches that he knows I will like. He is always friendly and gives a very human experience to the buying process. Five stars, highly recommend going to Ernest Jones and talking to Akash, Bhanu or James about your next watch or jewellery purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We decided to look at wedding rings during the Black Friday sales and were not disappointed. Really helpful service from Aman and Kat, who were friendly and knowledgable (and patient!). We shopped around at other jewellers in the area before, but Ernest Jones offered the best value, prices and very good quality. Would definitely recommend!

   I popped into Ernest Jones completely clueless about what jewellery to buy for my wife, and Kat was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was patient, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for even when I didn’t know myself! Kat guided me through different options, explained everything clearly, and helped me choose something beautiful and meaningful. Her knowledge and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. My wife loved the piece, and I have Kat to thank for that. Would highly recommend asking for her if you’re unsure about what to get she’s fantastic!

   I bought a wedding band from Ernest Jones 14 years ago with no problems so when I wanted the same band resizing, I thought it made sense to take it back to them to do it. The service from the York designer outlet was appalling. I walked in to a young man wiping the glass down and asked if they did resizing. He didn’t stop what he was doing to look at me or greet me and replied with “it depends what state it’s in” (!) The woman behind the counter wasn’t much better. I went over and she measured the ring and I said I’d like it 2 sizes bigger. I was met with “there’s no way we can go up two sizes.” I thought it was a bit strange so said fine, I’ll find a store in town who can help me and she replied with “you’ll be hard-pressed to find someone to touch that!”. I was shocked beyond belief! We walked out, went around the corner to a lovely store in the outlet called Chapelle and asked the same. We were met with a lovely lady who couldn’t be more helpful. My ring is on its way to being resized and will be reunited with it in a few weeks. That is the last time I’ll be walking through those doors again.

   We were served by Eve nothing was too much trouble , didn't feel rushed even though the shop was very busy . We had a lot of issues with the store in York City centre and would not go back . A totally different experience in this store. Thank you for taking your time we felt like we were the only ones that mattered
