Saturday 6th December 2025, visited the York shop to buy wife a silver clover leaf bracelet. We was served by a lovely genuine girl, who was originally from Burnley. She is an asset to the store and company. Real good old fashioned customer service.
Even though we were just starting to look at engagement rings, Scarlett made us feel so welcome. She asked us to take a seat and really listened to what we were looking for and hoping to get from the experience. She showed us several rings, offered loads of ideas, and was so knowledgeable. Her friendly and attentive approach made the whole experience really enjoyable – we left feeling inspired and excited and gave us ideas I’d never thought of!
Without a doubt really good customer service - for both our wedding ring purchase and, a year or so ago, our engagement ring purchase. Fab.
We took our 89 yr old mum to the York branch to choose some new earrings, as she had lost one from her favourite ones. We were greeted by Lisa who made us all feel special and like royalty from the second we arrived to when we left over 30 minutes later. We were all treated to a glass of Prosecco (very nice touch), and her customer service skills were off the scale. Lisa was a very personable and attentive lady and she is a credit to your company - the experience made our weekend so special and mum is absolutely thrilled with her earrings
Jessika, from the York store was so helpful today - helping me select a meaningful pair of earrings and a gift for my Son. I wasn’t feeling too well and she was very patient with me and my Husband whilst we selected the items we wished to purchase. Thanks so much Jessica xx

Popped in to look for a ring. Charlie saw to our every need in this strange time. Even after swapping between several rings. She was great start to finish
We visited this store on 14th September 17. We were served by a young lady called Scarlett. Scarlett was a true professional and extremely helpful and polite. I went in to buy a Thomas Sabo charm and was unsure what to purchase Scarlett was extremely patient and even brought out the turquoise bracelet I had purchased to help me choose a charm. In all it was a very pleasant experience and I hope Scarlett is appreciated by Beaverbrooks.
In the morning during our visit to York, my wife and I were looking at some watches in the window. There was one watch she liked. One of the sales people asked if we needed any help to which we. said we were just looking. Later in the day, my wife decided to buy the watch. Back at the storethe sales person Kellie recognised us and remembered the watch that we'd looked at. Kellie sat us down got my wife to try it on and never pushed the sale. We were very impressed with Kellie and would visit again when we're next in York.
