   Me and my fiancé went into the store today to ask about getting my engagement ring made smaller and was greeted by the rudest women ever. I am unsure of her name however she had dark / black hair. She was extremely unhelpful when we asked questions stating to my partner “we only accept hard copy receipts” when my partner said he had ordered the ring online and couldn’t remember if we had received a hard copy receipt. We left the store feeling quite uncomfortable as the lady’s demeanour as soon as we entered the shop made it seem like we were a burden. Although the ring was ordered from Warren James we have decided to take our business elsewhere and have the ring resized at another business.

   Sales assistant couldnt wait to finish the sale and get us out! Bought a ring which she just put in a plastic bag!!!! Very poor service in this branch

   A big WOW experience here fine jewellery shopping at its very best. Excellent staff with friendly service and very helpful indeed. Plus great savings on buying here. I will without doubt be going ahead with another visit there to finish my early Christmas shopping. I was not rushed into buying anything and found it completely relaxing doing my jewellery shopping here.. If only all shops offered this service then York people would be much appreciated by this. Thank you so much for the lovely shopping experience..

   This company lied to me took my money haven’t sent what I paid for in days and I’m the Uk I had the buy my engagement ring elsewhere. Emailing their customer service won’t help. The worst don’t shop online from them.

   Warren James is a lovely quaint shop,it's not expensive but it's not very cheap either,the gentleman who served us was lovely, (me and my husband are renewing our wedding vows 40yrs)he showed us the rings that we had seen let us try them on and they were perfect, I can't wait to do ours vows again. Xx

   I was bought a pair of earrings for Christmas, one of the earrings would not clip into place. I immediately tried to return the earrings only to be told the earrings were bent and it was not a manufacturer fault so there was nothing they could do! The earrings were bought 27 December 19 and taken back 3rd Jan 20. They were protected in a box, the sales woman must have been insinuating I had bent the earring while out of them out of the box. I wouldn't have the confidence to buy there again.

   I accidentally placed a double order without realising to be delivered to my home. I was charged for both orders and only recieved 1. When i contact customer service they told me they had tried to contact me to find out whether i wanted 1 or 2 but wasnt successful. I told them that i was only wanting to order 1 and the said they will refund my money. Overall great service Fast delivery Great quality product Great price, good sales Would recommend this company to anyone.
