    My wife went to the h Samuel store in york to get her ears pierced, as the offer free piercing with there selected studs. All the studs were reasonably priced from titanium to gold. The staff were friendly and lovely to talk to. My wife has a nickel allergy, so the titanium ones were better for her. My wife was seen by two members of staff, who were both helpful. Jess was lovely and put my wife at ease. My wife was giving the after care instructions and cleaner for her ears. The store was clean and the staff were very professional. They put you at ease.

    I went in today to get my second holes on my ears pierced again. Ella was very knowledgeable and explained about scar tissue and made me a part of the decision-making process for where the new holes should go. She was very professional and hygienic throughout the process. I am absolutely thrilled! There were also quite a range of earrings to choose from across a range of costs. Highly recommend!

    absolutely amazing service i had my ears pierced today in york, i had a woman called gabriella and she was wonderful she made me feel so calm!! the piercing tools were thoroughly cleaned and sterilised. i’m so happy with how my earrings came out too!!!

    Fantastic service! Dan the manager made me feel welcome and the service was far more than I expected, better than some high end jewellers i've experienced. Dan is very knowledgeable in gems, understand my need and offered good amount of options for me to choose. I appreciate his honest opinion. Definitely will revisit again!

    Went in today to get a ring either exchanged or larger size. I was greeted and welcomed quickly by the manager and another colleague. They were amazing at trying to solve our query. The customer service was above and beyond, trying to call other stores to see if they had an exchange. The level of service has made both me and my partner very confident in the company. Both employees should be notified of their great work. For that, I will now leave my trust in the company and be returning for a long time. Thank you!

    Went in. Not greeted. Stood around for ten minutes and still no acknowledgement. There was no one else in the store so I figured I was being ignored. Put me off wanting to buy anything. One female sale person busy on the computer. I left and won’t be returning.
