We were looking for a necklace for an 18th birthday present and so looking for something a bit more special. Heather was excellent at listening to the type of item we were after and showing us suggestions. She took her time with us and was really helpful. Really great customer service and we will be back next time we’re looking for jewellery.
Fantastic service and help received. Popped in to see if the stocked a certain ring, they didn’t but Simon ordered it into store. Popped back to try the ring with my engagement band and Simon served me again, very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use the outlet store again in future. Thanks
Absolutely amazing service from jaime, priced and saved 2 watches for collection. Sized and made sure the watches were as they should be and all fit correctly. Credit to the company and I will definitely be returning again as the service was first class
Kerry at the j32 store has been brilliant from start to finish. She was very informative and gave me all of the options available. Viewed a wedding ring in store and ordered my size in to try on. Ring arrived in store within a couple of days and I received confirmation it had arrived. I am very pleased with my new ring, it matches my engagement ring perfectly. Kerry is a credit to the company :)

Abysmal service. My daughter saw a ring and wanted to purchase it. It was a discounted rate. The store worker then stated the price is incorrect and wanted to charge 4 times the amount written on the tag saying the price is incorrect. They claimed the pricing was done yesterday. So if it was priced only the day before, how was it priced incorrectly? I had seen the same ring 2 weeks previously at the same price. Seems the store simply did not want me to have the discounted ring. Atrocious and shocking behaviour.
