Absolutely amazing customer service so kind and patient. Jack at the Leeds store has been amazing helping us pick out our wedding bands and when my partner didn’t like the feel of it helped us exchange and choose a new one.
The staff were all very friendly when helping us pick out our wedding bands. (Corina helped us pick). The selection of rings was great and we found just what we’re after. The buying process was really easy and relaxing with complimentary drinks for us while we picked and a glass of bubbly to celebrate. The prices were a lot fairer than we thought also. Would definitely recommend.
Exceptional service and customer care from Rebecca at the store in 322 Trinity Leeds, Leeds, LS1. Purchased a tag watch a couple of days ago and I’m very happy with my purchase as it’s for a special occasion. Poor customer service. A rolex watch caught my eye in the front window advertised as £4250 so I elwent to enquire. A man who was dressed in jeans and t shirt helped me. I was going to buy but the price in which was £10995. I was asked for a copy of. ID as well. Nevebrrn asked before. Poor service and store
