Looking forward a special something for my 25th wedding anniversary so visited Rox in Liverpool where I was served by Jess. Jess is an absolute credit to the company, she was patient, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Jess had all the time in the world for us, I didn't feel rushed and was very pleased to be able to try on whatever I wanted, as many times as I wanted. We decided on a gorgeous ring, which could be altered to my preference (yellow gold or platinum...natural or lab). I am thrilled with my purchase, but even more thrilled with the service. Myself and my partner had an appointment with Raf on Saturday 18th March to try on engagement rings. I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the service received, Raf was attentive even prior to the appointment by emailing and asking for ideas on what I liked and what to look for. She took time to go through each rings characteristics and the ‘4Cs’ and made the whole experience so incredible. Wife wanted to purchase a pair of earrings for collection at very short notice for a special present. Had problem purchasing on line. One of my Gucci necklaces’ bought from Rox clap broke (no fault of Rox!). I took it back to the Leeds store and explained the situation, they were really helpful in sending the necklace back to Gucci, to which the repair and repaired the necklace free of charge! Also went above and beyond to post the necklace back to me as I do not live in Leeds so is abit of a trek to get there and it came next day, beautifully packaged! Thank you so much
Recently visited this store looking for a wedding ring. The gentleman who dealt with me listened to what I wanted and didn’t push me into buying something. He even tried the wedding bands on I have picked along with my engagement ring so I could see what it looked like from a different angle. No other shop did this or showed that they cared. I would definitely recommend this store as their customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I am over the moon with my wedding band. My ring arrived by courier and was packaged lovely. All fancy and it was like Christmas opening it. Thank you so much
I bought my partners engagement ring from Rox Leeds and I cannot recommend them enough. I had no idea about diamond rings, but Ayman sat down with me, explained all the different cuts, styles, colours, everything, and I ended up with a truly stunning diamond ring for my girlfriend. There was no rush, no pressure to buy, they even had my ring sent next day from the Glasgow branch as I needed it quickly. Nothing at all was too much trouble. They even then sent it off for resizing and had it back to my girlfriend within 6 days. First class quality service all round
