Really pleased with the service. Had two gold rings cleaned and one of them tightened up as I noticed the gem was loose. All done within an hour and they looked brand new and sparkly! Will definitely be returning in the future!
Another fantastic experience with Dion Smith Jewellers. They repaired my engagement ring's broken setting, and re-did the unbroken parts so they should all last the same amount of time. Been using Dion for about 8 years now and I won't go anywhere else. I go here for my rings replating and cleaning (white gold) mainly once a year. His prices are so affordable and the result is always perfect in my opinion. I have also been to Dion for a couple of repairs, the first being actually the first time I visited him. I damaged my engagement ring at work which is a diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds and this is where the damage had occured, I was devastated that it wouldn't be able to be sorted or it ruin the integrity of the ring but his amazing skill made my ring back to perfection. Whilst this was getting fixed, I purchased one of his beautiful hand made rings to wear whilst mine was getting worked on. I went last year to get above engagement ring and wedding ring made smaller and cleaned/replated, again came back to me looking pristine. Secondly was only last week for another repair and made smaller on another ring. Again the price being amazing, when I collected he had also cleaned it and it looked beautiful. I will use Dion for anything jewellery related. Him and the young chap who work their are lovely. If I could give 10 stars I would. Customer for life! Thankyou for your amazing work on my items, your skill is incredible. Also not forgetting the beautiful little shop he has, he's worked here since I was a little girl, walking past seeing his beautiful, now late British bulldog, sat outside and I hope he is there for many years to come.
This is the best jewellers in Leeds if not in Yorkshire. I’ve had a couple of items of jewellery repaired and his charges are amazing compared to other jewellers. His work is outstanding and so quick with low costs. Dion and his team are so friendly and l would highly recommend this family business.
100% would recommend! I came in to get my engagement ring resized and Dion was fantastic. I paid for “same day” alterations and it was done in a speed 1 hour 30 minutes. The text service is perfect, if you’ve got some errands to run while waiting. Upon collecting my ring it was exactly the right size and you couldn’t tell where it had been resized. A valet and deep clean are included in the price, which meant it came out as sparkly as the day I was proposed to. Thank you so much for the brilliant job! I’ll definitely be coming back again :)
Absolutely delighted with the work they did on my jewellery, i would reccomend to everyone, a small jeweller but did an excellent job, really happy.
So pleased with the ‘remake’ of my bracelet. The leather plaited cord had worn away so I asked for Dion to source a suitable chain and reconnect the shell clasp. This bracelet never leaves my wrist. Very happy and highly recommend.

Left my £220 bracelet to have the pendant reattached to the bracelet. They had my bracelet for months, and I had to visit 3 times. Each time to find they had completely ruined the enamel, had it repaired terribly twice. It’s gotten worse and turned bumpy and yellow (should be blue)when I expressed I wasn’t happy I was told the bracelet “had lost its luster”. The pendant had fallen off but other than that it was perfect. Do not leave your jewellery here.
