   I had the most incredible visit to Boodles in Leeds today. This isn't a review about a purchase, but about a truly exceptional experience. The store is absolutely beautiful, and the jewellery is simply stunning—some of the most exquisite I have ever seen. You could truly call it wearable art. ​The staff were amazing from the second I walked in. I was upfront that I wasn't there to buy but was interested in seeing some pieces as I'm in the trade. They couldn't have been more helpful. They guided me through the collections with such expertise and a genuine passion that was a joy to see. ​Thank you so much to the team there.    We had an incredible experience here - the girls that looked after us on our visit spent so much time with us. On entry, the shop is so clean and pristine, smells lovely and your eyes just stare in amazement at all the shiny wears on display!! They explained to us all of the collections to us and the quality and cuts of their diamonds so we understood their brand better too. Then the ring that I selected to purchase wasn’t available in my size so they sent for it via a taxi from another store to be delivered straight away. So a couple of hours later we returned and I had my lovely new ring. That is an exceptional level of customer service right there! I can’t wait to go back…
