   The customer service provided by Emma has been outstanding. My 2nd visit as I initially visited the Commercial Street branch for some insurance advice for my beloved Tag. I didn’t realise they provide an in house service for watch batteries and sealing which means no risk of them going missing in the post! So Berry’s will definitely be getting my business in the future and a huge thank you to Emma.

   Excellent Service – Thank You, Runa! I’ve recently purchased two watches from Berry’s in Leeds – a Breitling and a Tudor – and on both occasions, I was looked after by Runa. Her service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right pieces. Runa made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, with great attention to detail and a warm, friendly approach. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and it really shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Berry’s in the future, and I’ll definitely be asking for Runa again. Highly recommended!

   We returned to Berry's Leeds to part exchange a watch we previously purchased in store against a new model. From the moment we entered the store, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The whole process, from the valuation of our trade-in, through to the purchase was a positive experience and the staff were really supportive and informative throughout. It was also testimony that the member of staff we dealt with had originally sold us the watch we were part exchanging, probably 12 years ago!
