Just bought 2 watches from Chapelle jewellery and my son saw a beautiful Tommy Hilfiger watch on the website and they only had 1 in stock and kindly reserved it until we popped over the following day, whilst there I treat myself to an Armani watch which was very stylish and attractive and both watches were extremely good value for money, I would also like to give special mentions to the two lovely ladies in the store, Leanne and Alice, both very enthusiastic and dedicated to there profession, I wouldn't hesitate whatsoever in purchasing from here again, great store indeed.
Super friendly staff! I went in for a ring, and the lady we saw was very helpful, unfortunately, they didn't have the ring I liked in my size, but they are speaking to the manufacturer for me. However, whilst we were there, my daughter saw a Minnie Mouse necklace she liked. My husband and I agreed she could get it, so she went to the counter herself to ask her it. The lady took the necklace down to show her to check she liked it and popped it in it's box. This was the first piece of 'proper' jewellery she'd bought, and the staff were just fantastic with her - they made it a very memorable occasion! Thank you!
Called in today to have a watch strap fitted and to my amazement was told no charge involved. If only other shops were as honest and kind and willing to help like the young lady who I dealt with was the world would be a much better place. I would like to thank them again and will certainly pay them a visit in the near future. One Happy customer.

Very poor customer service, no real timeline of when engagement ring would be ready, no call when promised, no email reached and no resolution when given plenty of time for a fair resolution...
