The staff at Ernest Jones Leeds City Centre were amazing. Suzi went above and beyond to help me get my perfect wedding band and she kept me informed of the progress of this, in addition arranged for this to be delivered the next day to my home.....extremely satisfied. The staff were amazing, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I’d contacted them prior to my visit and they had someone ready to see me when I arrived. My wife loves her watch and I can’t recommend the Leeds city centre store high enough. Will most definitely use them again xx

Incredible service from Lisa, Suzi, and Jade at the Leeds branch. My wife's wedding ring had a fault that came back time and time again. They helped us with and exchange and let us keep the original ring as well for sentimental purposes. Exemplary service. Thank you.

Leeds staff were very courteous and helpful. There was no pressure to buy. I ended up with a lovely purchase...Well happy!
Extremely rude staff. Middle aged women with short white was very rude. There was no other customers in the shop but she did not want to deal with us when we moved to look at the less expensive items. Then became incredibly snotty when we asked her to check stock and made a nonsense comment about the quality of merchandise.
