Went at a busier time to get my ears pierced. The male piercer was super nice and attentive but I requested a female piercer for modesty reasons, and Izzy (female piercer) attended to me. I believe she was quite passive aggressive and the experience felt super rushed. I asked her for her opinion on whether she felt the piercing marks were even to which she responded “I can move them if you want”. The piercings came out uneven and I’m really disappointed as this was my first piercing experience.

I've been looking for a replacement of my Grandads ring for a fair while now, not finding anything suitable till I popped into H. Samuel in town. Eleanor who helped me out was great, couldn't have been more helpful and lovely to speak to. The size in store was too small so she helped finding another in the hull store, got it ordered over and into the shop with no fuss within 2 days and gave me all the options for resizing or getting it made. All in all couldn't ask for better customer service, wouldve been nice to see her when I picked the ring up to thank her in person but the whole staff there were just as hepful when i did visit.
Had a wonderful experience a few years ago when choosing my engagement ring with my partner, staff were helpful, knowledgable and pleasant. Went back to purchase wedding rings over the weekend and was served by Liberty who was absolutely fantastic, great conversation and helped ease the nerves she even gave my engagement ring a complimentary clean!. Friendly, quick and efficient service, helped us get the best deal on delivery and used the discount voucher we got from purchasing one ring to discount the second one allowing us to be underbudget. Extremely pleased with the service. Helpful manager too. Would recommend :)

Rude management and employees! Just came in here to get my engagement ring changed as it’s too small and the management and employees are very rude. Give you attitude. Would not exhchange the ring as apparently we didn’t have the right receipt. But that’s the only receipt they gave us in the peterborough store. Didn’t seem too fussed about trying to help us and don’t even think she rang the store I think she faked ringing them! Ruined my experience I only got engaged last night and you’ve ruined that! Do better and get some experience in customer service! Also tell your employees to crack a smile! Disgusting
Was 4 staff on shop floor. 2 already had customers and the other 2 just plainly ignore you. If you dont look the "part" I looked a mess as just done 16hr hour shift. Soon as they realised I was picking up my £1000 ring their attitude changed towards me completely as where extremely nice. Which I think is wrong you should treat all people the same
