   After my husband bought me a beautiful watch for Christmas sadly had to be returned as it was a leather strap and was a little small as I like a little give. However Humi a lovely lady came to our aid and found me some beautiful jewellery to exchange it for. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff were fantastic and so engaging with my daughter who loved it and was happy to play to their attention too. Complimentary drinks also whilst we were being served. Honestly I feel the best customer service that we have ever had. Great team of staff.

   Felt disappointed with the customer service. Felt judged as if i was too “poor” to shop there as i was using a gift voucher. The sales assistant only perked up when my husband had mentioned he recently brought an expensive watch from them and wanted to use up the voucher. Only then the staff member showed more interest. Left disappointed with the customer service.

   Fantastic service from all the staff but Javeira in particular was very friendly and helpful. We visited twice between a couple of months and she remembered us and greeted us and took her time to catch up with us whilst also organising my partners wedding ring for us. Excellent service!

   Use this place ( Tag Heuer boutique ) for watch services, this time called in to look at a watch in person but it needed ordering in. I put down a deposit and waited a few days for delivery. When it arrived I called in but decided not to buy the watch and it was refreshing to recieve a no quibble refund of deposit and absolutely no pressure to complete the sale from staff... Will shop here again, and thanks for a first class service.

   From start to finish, like the diamond I purchased, the service was flawless. From entering and expressing my needs, they sat me down privately, showed me the extensive collections of Saphire and diamonds, Melissa, the representative had guided me through the entire works to find the right diamond, I cannot express my gratitude enough and I would highly recommend her! A very happy customer who will undoubtably return.

   Came here to purchase a gift for my mum’s 50th. From start to finish the service provided was excellent. Employees make you feel very welcomed and offer great advice, never too shy to answer any questions. I dealt with Nicola initially to enquire about the bracelet and everything was laid out clearly for me. When purchasing the item I dealt with a lovely lady (who I unfortunately didn’t manage to catch the name of!), who was happy to answer all questions and saw that an external-stock product was ordered into store for my collection. Finally upon collecting my order I dealt with Phil, a true gentleman who offered sound advice and made me feel very welcomed. Even the staff who I didn’t deal with directly were cheerful and welcoming. Many thanks to all the team for your fantastic customer service, I shall look to place my custom with you once again in the future.
