Attended with a friend to have third piercing in ears. Our piercing experience was great. However, ears getting more and more painful, both mine and my friend's. One week later went back as the piercings were embedding into the lobes. The post was too short. Told nothing they can do about it. They advised to go to a proper piercing place in York to have them removed or changed. No offer to refund. Awful after care service!
What time should one come to the store so that there’s two people on the floor so that one can do piercing? Every time I get told they can’t do it cos there is only 1 person on the floor. So can you please let us know when are there two people on the floor????
Fantastic service. Took my daughter for her ears piercing and they offered two people to do them at the same time. Very professional. The shop is nice and clean. Reasonably priced.

The jewelry is a bit cheap and it's very difficult to socially distance as it's so small and it's hard for staff to enforce keeping masks on az they cant actually tell customers to put their masks on there should be more security guards around the centre making sure people are walking the right way and wearing a mask as all time as the more shops they open the more people they let in and it's getting pretty ridiculous they should try and request some police presence as I really dont feel safe with so many people not wearing the masks when they are legally required to do so.
