   Shocking service. Initially told my wife's wedding ring would take 4 weeks for a repair. 6 weeks later we pick the ring up with the work still not carried out and we will use a professional business for the repair. We appreciate business are busy but when we ask for an update after 4 weeks and told the work is scheduled to be carried out the following week. Only to contact the following week and told the work is scheduled that day and the repair is still not carried out we had enough of the unprofessional conduct and picked the ring up with no work carried out after 6 weeks. Avoid.

   Absolutely fantastic service. Popped into the shop today with my mums broken strap on a Rolex watch. They were very busy but still made time to do an easy repair whilst I waited without charge! I can’t thank Richard and his team enough. The best jewellery repairs anywhere in Yorkshire. I have used them before and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I cannot recommend them for brilliant workmanship, excellent service and value for money.

   A proper traditional jewellery workshop not a chain retail nonsense of incompetance. Excellent service and good value. Staff are very helpful, compliments to Richard and Ashley. I had a special request for a ring which was duplicated very quickly. Despite several attempts and failings in Italy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something special.
