    I never give reviews but had to give this one. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve received in my life. The many (lady) is absolutely rude!!! We were shocked by that attitude. Please revisit your manners young lady.

    Avoid Buying Your Engagement Ring Here At All Costs!! My partner purchased my engagement ring from the Leeds store, and from that moment onwards we have experienced nothing but poor customer service, a complete lack of transparency, and shocking customer care from Fraser Heart Leeds. When the ring was ordered, we were told it would be sent to the Leeds store for collection. The following day, we received a call informing us it had mistakenly been sent to the Sheffield store. As my partner needed the ring urgently, he had to travel to Sheffield to collect it. After the proposal, the ring did not fit. We visited the Leeds store for a sizing appointment, where staff measured my finger and assured us they would resize the ring accordingly. However, when we returned to collect it several months after, the ring still did not fit. We then had another sizing appointment, but I noticed the "correct" size they identified appeared to be identical to what they had previously told us in the first sizing meeting. When I questioned this, staff insisted we were trying on our ring and that it would need to be resized again. This would mean the ring being resized twice before I had even worn it. Having researched ring care, we understood that rings should not be resized more than twice in their lifetime, which raised serious concerns about their professionalism and whether we were being given accurate information. We left the store feeling confused and upset as we did not want a ring that had been resized twice already before being worn. Shortly afterwards on the same day, the Leeds store contacted us to admit they had made us try on the wrong sized ring entirely β€” it belonged to another customer. By this point, two months had passed since our engagement, and we had completely lost trust in the store. We had no confidence in what ring we would actually receive or how many times it may have been resized and were so disappointed in how we had been repeatedly treated due to multiple different staff errors. Due to the incompetence of the staff, the repeated errors, and the complete lack of professionalism, we requested a full refund and left ringless. What should have been a joyful experience was entirely tainted by this store's inability to provide even basic customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

    I saw a Garmin watch online & rang the store to order it in. The behaviour and professionalism from the staff over the phone was excellent, they were personable and friendly, able to answer questions and answered the phone quickly. In store I was seen to immediately, they were able to quickly let me see my purchase and provided suitable amenities for my personal needs of having a young child with me. The staff in the store were not pushy, and again had excellent quality service. I would recommend this store based on my experience with the staff here.

    Great experience at Fraser Hart today. Runa was of great help and supported us in the choice of wedding rings with friendly yet very professional manners. We still need to decide which rings are our favourites as we tried so many pretty ones!

    I can’t recommend these guys enough. Excellent service from start to finish. We made a couple of visits to choose a watch for my sons birthday. Special mention to Hamnah who was brilliant from the first visit to the last when we finally made a decision. Great follow up email after our first visit, very knowledgeable and no pressure to buy throughout the process. I will definitely come to you guys in the future. Thanks again and all the best.     Upon arrival I was given the option of a hot drink and a lovely place to sit. David was very efficient in advising me on my purchase. He also gave me a student discount which was very helpful of him. Very kind highly recommend their services.
