I paid the customs fee for my parcel on 9th October and even scheduled delivery for Saturday, 11th October. Instead of receiving it, the tracking kept saying "fee to pay" even after I’d already paid. By Sunday, the parcel still hadn’t moved. Today, the tracking number doesn’t even exist anymore. I called Royal Mail, who said it’s not in their system and to contact Parcelforce, basically a dead end. This is an expensive item I urgently need, and Parcelforce has managed to lose it after taking the payment. No updates, no accountability, no working tracking, just silence. I honestly don’t know how they’re still operating. I’ll be taking this further if the issue isn’t resolved immediately.

Absolutely disgusting and rubbish service. My customer requested parcel to be held at local Post office as he was on holiday and was told that it would be. The useless Parcelforce driver took the parcel to customers house anyway and took a picture of the floor and only the corner of the brown box and marked it as delivered and it has never shown up! I am now out of pocket for a £2500 Santi drysuit as I cannot get any compensation. Customer has had a full refund. Go to any other delivery company but please do not use Parcel force under any circumstances! Why can I not give no stars! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

First time using Parcel force I ordered a 48h delivery two weeks ago on Tuesday. Still not got the parcel customer service has no clue how to rebook delivery I tried changing it to my post office after the first delivery attempt failed to my house. They tried delivering to my house 5 more times since then. Regarded company just use DPD next time even they’re more competent

Yet again substandard service from this lot I can say I’ve never had a good experience with this bunch of charlatans damaged parcels to the point of not being able to use the product they were untrusted to deliver on time and in good condition used to wonder how they could damage a box so badly untill my last experience border line dangerous driving reversing up the street the wrong way mounting the pavement at speed totally disregarded the ring doorbell that we have had installed to try and combat this cowboy way of being the public face and not delivering on there promise and as you will see in the cctv footage I have of this interaction he had no intention of delivering this parcel get this sorted disgusting service

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Paid for 24-hour delivery — a premium service — only for the parcel to still have not arrived 7 days later. When I called customer service to find out what was going on, I was met with incompetence, vague responses, and zero accountability. Not a single person could give me a straight answer. To make matters worse, the driver claimed they had attempted delivery at my address, yet they went to the wrong location entirely. No card left, no call, nothing — just a false update and a wasted day waiting. I even had CCTV footage to prove no one showed up, but that didn’t seem to matter. When I questioned the delay and poor communication, they blamed a recent company merger, as if that’s an acceptable excuse for complete operational failure. If you can’t handle deliveries post-merger, stop charging people for services you can’t fulfill. Their logic is baffling — they sell 24-hour delivery but apparently don’t operate to that standard unless you post midweek. That’s a blatant rip-off. If you can’t deliver on a 24-hour promise, don’t sell it as one. ParcelForce is charging premium prices for budget-level incompetence. Avoid at all costs if your delivery is time-sensitive or if you expect basic customer service. Completely unreliable.

My little daughter’s birthday gift parcel was charged import VAT £8.64 from HMRC. This Parcelforce charged me further £12 as their handling fee which was much much higher than the VAT amount!!! I have no choice to refuse. I will never use this delivery service provider!

Absolutely shocking service. Text message sent with scheduled time slot and driver did not stick to it so I missed it. Why send a scheduled time slot if you are not going to stick to it by a difference of 2 hours? Huge inconvenience having to go and collect parcel myself

Never ever delivered my parcel in the first attempt. Always I wait at home a whole day then it says delivery attempted, no one ever call the intercom or my phone. Then it will be a long game waiting for me to play with them. Either ends up with item being put in post office and I have to travel very far to get it, or return the parcel back to the sender. Absolute junk.

If I could give no stars I would have Kept saying no information when I put tracking number in, I’d waited in 2 days because company I bought item from said be delivered 24th then it was 27th Still no tracking information. They delivered 28th I was at work card said will deliver next working day, that didn’t happen, tried tracking number left on card they don’t know about it

First of all you should rename the company parcel hostage because that's what it felt like.....If I could give no stars I would. I got a text message to say it was getting delivered between 10am and 11am so I took the morning off work to wait in then got another text saying I had missed the delivery and it was going to the depot . I had to go to the place which is about 9 miles away and when I got there I had to pay £41 tax so I could get my item I had already paid for anyway turns out that it never even went out for delivery
