Took my Burberry jumper here cost me £750 I’ve only worn it twice and they’ve managed to shrink it from an xl to at most a medium. My partner called them up and lady was rude to my partner asking was it dry clean when they knew very well it was bcos they told me when I took it in. Goin in tomo see what answers I can get from them.
Friendly couple run this little place adjacent to the Woolpack Alley entrance into the Mander Centre. Reasonable prices, and good quality work done, repairing jackets I wear for my work. They stock a nice selection of bags, luggage & handbags.
Some years ago I had a suit dry cleaned elsewhere and the material had bubbled, that dry cleaner blamed the suit material, I took it to Ultimate Cleaners who explained that it needed to be cleaned with a different chemical. Due to their knowledge I have been using them since, always been happy with the service, no need to bother going elsewhere.

The school blazer I took to be cleaned has come back looking amazing! Even the pale blue binding has cleaned up. The glue marks and paint splodges are gone too! Particularly pleased as when I took my son's blazer to Johnson's to be cleaned I complained, they did it a second time and it was still nowhere near this good. Staff friendly and helpful. They advised I pay an extra £1 for the more painstaking service and it was definitely worth it.
I was overcharged for my dry cleaning. I gave 1 suit at £8.75 then 2 suit blazer £12.50 and 4 suit trousers £22 total £43.25. I explained a suit is made of a blazer and pair of trousers. She did not change the price as i should have been charged for 3 suits and 2 trousers she overcharged me by £6. They do not understand the concept of a suit. I don't mind paying the £6 extra but the women was so rude and told me a suit should be matching. What i fail to understand is that they must dry clean a matching suit to a non matching suit differently, as the cost is significantly higher.
