   Came in to get an engraved personalised necklace, cued for about 20 minutes for them to say the machiene was broken and not working. The lady didn’t even check it for me. Was abit disappointed.

   visited around 17:35-17:44 and the asian lady in the counter is not showing any willingness to help at all. Rushed the process all throughout and did not even showed any inch of interest in serving. Even the gentleman behind me said the same thing. Additionally, I don’t think the staff communicate to each other as they don’t know who’s assisting who.

   We popped into the store today as we had an issue with an important online order for my daughters 18th birthday present that had charms missing etc.. we were served by Maya and she was so lovely and kind to us, she tried her upmost to help us, and when she got clarification from the store manager Carys they fixed our problem. Highly recommend this branch, excellent and friendly customer service who went above and beyond to help us. 5⭐️

   I was in this shop a few weeks ago and purchased a dragonfly charm the lass that served me was helpful, but on the way out I forgot my walking stick and I got a comment from one of the other sales assistant saying looks like I don't need it any more, I left the shop quite upset by this comment and decided to go back in to have a word with the assistant but she was busy, so I spoke to another explain what happen but I also explained why I had a stick, future ref don't judge a book by it's cover!

   Terrible customer service! I used the click and collect service, got the email everything was ready for me to collect! When i went to collect still had to wait on the queue (whats the point of click & collect), in fact my order was not ready at all, i had paid for the items to be gift wrapped - they weren't! When i asked the staff they just started making up excuses which was very unprofessional to be honest. PS not been reimbursed for the gift wrapped as of yet. Like i said terrible customer service!

   Open till 7 and you pull the barrier in front of the que and say you’re closed at 18:15 and your rude colleague telling people to go away. Poor business. You should take every customer up till closing time. I’m appalled and will not be buying anything Pandora again.

   I queued up at the store at 6:20 pm this evening for 10 minutes to be told that they were closing and would not be able to serve me as they close at 7pm and are too busy having already turned people away. I went into town specifically to go to the store and therefore was very disappointed and frustrated that I was told there was nothing they could do. I then walked back past the store at 6:45pm to see that the shop was empty and closed early despite saying they were too busy to serve me. Complete waste of my time. I won’t be shopping here again!
