Had an incredible experience from Ethan when choosing my new timepiece. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable when guiding me through all the options to ultimately finding my next addition. At no time did I feel pushed for the sale and the overall customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend!
We always receive great service in this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ve purchased jewellery as well as using them for watch service and repairs and would definitely recommend the Leeds branch.
Went in to return something I bought from a different store after asking customer services whether this can be done in a different store to the one I bought it. They said yes. (Also states this on the receipt I have noticed). Upon arriving to the store, I was told cannot return my item here and I should go back to the store I bought it from. I knew this was not true so I pushed the matter further and got the item returned. Why lie to a customer? I understand the store has sales targets but don’t lie about the customers rights, if I did not know better I would have been turned away and would have had to make the 200 mile trip to the store I bought it from.

Really disappointed by this store today. The initial service was fab, and I bought the ring after trying it on and checking the size. The ring I purchased was boxed up away from me (perhaps my fault for being trusting). When I got to my office (5-10mins later) and opened the box I saw the ring was bent and a stone missing. I returned to the shop to basically be told I must have done it and I wouldn’t be getting a refund. Made worse by being told I’d have to pay to have it fixed. I’ve put in a complaint but please check your jewellery before leaving the store!!
Can't fault them, had a lovely experience visiting the store, staff were very helpful and attentive. We were looked after very well and staff made the visit feel like a treat! Would recommend.

Had a very very positive visit to the goldsmiths in Leeds centre this evening, I will be phoning and asking for the ladies name who served us as she went above and beyond to accommodate us with a gift for our daughters 18th birthday. Exceptional service and the added extra that was gifted was a lovely thoughtful touch. Our youngest daughter who was with us has autism and normally a trip to the shops isn't easy, the lady had poppy laughing the whole time we were there, it made such a difference to our shopping trip as well as the standard of service she provided in general. Thank you very much!
The service was excellent. I called to reserve a ring and was able to try it at the store. The staff was elegant. They offered me a drink whilst I waited and went above board recommending eatery places nearby as I had come from afar. Definitely the best service I have received from Goldsmiths considering that I have been to other stores.
