You can find good jewellery in this place but the lady today who was working there didn't even said hello to me just said you can place your items there & I'll scan and no smile on face. I get she might had a horrible day or whatever but atleast she should have said hello. I found that a bit rude.
Most horrible place to customers. I had my ears pierced. I did 6 piercings total. 2 of them the earring (which was recommended by the staff) fell into my ear lobe and got stuck inside having to be forcefully removed. Also, I was asked to pay twice due to a “WiFi issue” in store where the first payment wasn’t instantly received; and I have been chasing them for one and a half month to give me a refund of 80 POUNDS!!! Staff was so rude the day of the purchase when I asked how long it would take to receive it they dismissed me with “I don’t know you’ll just have to wait and it’s not our problem WiFi is down” horrible manager and staff. Really upset with the quality of the piercings 2/6 got stuck in my ear lobe. Have not been refunded my money although I physically went to store to ask and sent over 10 emails. I am so upset.
Got my ears pierced today which i was very scared about. All the staff were so lovely and patient. I would recommend to anyone who is scared about getting their ears pierced.
Affordable Price but you can’t expect Quality for everything.
please don't get your ears pierced here, I got my seconds done and they're so uneven, also the jewelry is not good quality for what you pay update: I went to silver linings to get my ears re-pierced and I highly recommend them, it's much safer and also cheaper
I was told the earrings were gold plated. I checked several times with the store staff as I know my ears react to anything that isn’t gold. I spent £35 on 3 pairs of earrings to get them home to find they are absolutely NOT gold plated, certainly not the bit that goes in your ear, and my ears are bright red and sore after 5-10 minutes. I’m furious given I checked so many times and they say gold plated. I’ve contacted customer service but they haven’t responded to me.
They do not acknowledge the telephone ringing, when they do, they hang up! Appalling. Some staff have a bit of an attitude there aswell, not as down to earth as other shop staff.
Extremely respectful member of staff pierced my ears and made the experience as comfortable as it could be for me. Very professional :)
This place doesn’t even deserve a one star after my recent experience. The lady working there on Sunday 18th July 2021 around 3-4pm was not only exceptionally rude and obnoxious to me as a customer but also refused to accept my cloth face covering saying this is unacceptable and needs to be a disposable face mask. There were other people wearing various types of face coverings within the shop yet she deliberately targeted me to embarrass me. I took my custom elsewhere. This staff member needs re training in current covid guidelines/face mask rules and also in customer engagement and communication skills. Won’t be recommending this place to anyone!
