I visited the store as the Haribo ring I purchased is still under warranty. I was by a young lady & explained my reason for visiting the store. Whilst the assistant looked up my details of purchase a young man who was there also said he’d remembered me telephoning to enquire. He was absolutely brilliant & said straight away the process of have the ring sent away. I felt safe knowing everything would be organised. As a frequent shopper Jonathan was like a breath of fresh air. Shopping in stores & the high street has changed so much & not for the better. No wonder people choose to shop online. Out of all the shops we visited in Leeds Jonathan was the best store assistant we came across all day! He’s a credit to your store.
