    If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited the Leeds store excited to enquire about welded bracelets. The staff member looked at me like I’d just dropped off her dirty shoe, and the rest of the team, all standing around with nothing to do - gave me the same cold, judgmental up-and-down the moment I walked in. Despite the empty store, I was dismissed with a blunt “no availability for weeks.” I completely understand having bad days at work, not feeling your best, and that dealing with the public isn’t always pleasant. But at this price point, this level of attitude is unacceptable. The jewellery may be beautiful, but the staff were horrific. Hands-down the worst in-store treatment I’ve experienced. I won’t be returning.

    I had a lovely experience at Astrid and Miyu’s Leeds store today. I came in on a whim and decided to get a stacked lobe piercing. The staff were all extremely helpful, the welder Ghazal helped me pick my jewellery out. Rebecca did a great job with my piercing overall I am very happy with my experience at Astrid and will be back soon for more!

    Popped into the Leeds shop to buy some earrings for a Christmas present, and to buy a stud for a forward helix. Ellie was lovely finding the earrings, and Vivienne was so helpful and friendly when she switched the helix stud for me. Amazing service. Thank you ☺️

    My friend and I booked in for piercings as she wanted to get a new piercing before her wedding - we had an appointment with Vivienne and I can't recommend her highly enough! Such a lovely soul, who made us both feel comfortable, excited about our new piercings and had so much experience I felt I could ask questions/for recommendations! Also had a chat with another of the team who was equally wonderful. Get booked in and ask for Viv, she's fab!

    I recently had my cartilage pierced by Rebecca, she was super friendly and offered the best advice on what piercing would best suit my ear shape. She was knowledgeable and offered great advice on what jewellery would work best. The piercing studio was spotless and Rebecca made me feel relaxed and answered any questions I had. The piercing was relatively pain free and was so quick! Definitely will be returning and recommending to friends and family! Thank you! X

    My mum and I had the loveliest experience getting piercings together for her birthday at the Leeds store. Rebecca, the piercer, was so lovely and informative and gave us wonderful aftercare support and advice. We’ve both already decided we’ll be back to get more here in a few months time!

    I booked my appointment online and went in for the welding service. I was served by Jordan and she was so friendly and helpful. She helped me pick the perfect bracelet, showed me different gems and charms and provided clear answers to any questions I had. I’ve only had the bracelet on for a few hours but I’ve fallen in love with it and I will definitely be coming back/recommending this branch to my friends and family. Overall, it was a great experience!

    Please be aware when buying the welded bracelets. I got the £120 option and it was very delicate and thin, yet I presumed it would be good quality. However, this bracelet lasted 4 days before coming off with no effort what so ever. Do not waste your money. Good customer service issued a refund but not the point really.

    Went on Christmas Eve for a welded bracelet with my sister. Had the best experience with two ladies that were working. The ladies were so friendly and provided amazing service. I would recommend Astrid & Miyu to anyone!

    Was looking forward to visiting the shop and finding out more about their products but I've been put off by the service. Was in there 20 minutes and not one of the 4 members of staff asked if I needed any help. Too busy having a chat amongst themselves. I wouldn't mind if they were busy but at one point I was the only person in there. It's a shame as the jewellery looked lovely.
