   Robert offers a bespoke jewelry service, just what I was looking for. I sent an email to him explaining what I was requiring. He replied promptly and invited me to his workshop for a no obligation consultation. I had a basic idea of how I would like my ring to look and presented Robert with a few rough drafts of the design I had in mind. Robert listened mindfully to my requirements and took the draft designs telling me he would work on them and let me have some images of how he would interpret my ideas. These arrived within a few days and I was very pleased with the choices he had prepared. He had taken my rough designs and re- worked them into his own style and brought me back exactly what I was looking for in the design of the ring and choice of material (platinum). I am so pleased with the ring and having someone like Robert to advise on the more technical side of ring design and the ergonomics involved that I had never considered. Straightforward, clear, no nonsense honest transaction from start to finish.

   So pleased with my new ring!! Thank you Robert. After 30 years of a small wedding band and an engagement ring with stones missing, I decided it was time to “upgrade” As I left the house for my appointment with Robert my husband’s words were “you will come back with nothing, you have been looking for something the last two years” how wrong he was. Robert patiently sat with me, going through options and ideas, finally we came to a design in 18ct gold, platinum & diamond incorporating all my wish list into one. I have been wearing the ring now for 5 days and still cannot stop looking at it!

   WOW WOW WOW, what can I say, other than Robert Feather brought me to tears, certainly not in a bad way... his jewellery is something that will stand out in a crowd and something you'll LOVE for the rest of your life. My engagement/wedding ring is one of his designs, that we had tweaked into our unique style by adding 4 more little diamonds, many years ago. My lovely husband wanted to surprise me with an eternity ring, but he knows me, and the fact that I don't like surprises. Anyway, he'd booked an appointment with Robert Feather at his studio to 'pick, design, or redesign' an eternity ring for me and more importantly to fit beautifully alongside my other ring (one of his designs). I am certainly not a ring model, as my hands are that of a mature woman, but I just LOVE both my rings, especially the latest addition. A wave design, with 4 clusters of diamonds, set in white gold, which has been sandblasted... Robert would probably describe it better than me, but no one can love it more than me or my husband. We just adore it! Robert's service is second to none; his attention to detail cannot be faulted and his ultimate goal was only to have satisfied customers. This he has done with bells on. Thank you Robert, from the bottom of our hearts. You have made both our rings so special and the whole experience of being part of the process is/was so memorable that we will always treasure.    My partner and I knew we didn’t want “traditional” high street rings for our wedding, so were looking for someone who could make bespoke pieces. We found Robert after a quick google and booked an appointment for that weekend. He was so helpful, explaining the different ring styles, metals and stones. Helping us really think about what we wanted, being flexible with our design choices and guiding us on what would work best. My partner decided on his ring while we were sat in his studio, but it took me several emails back and forth and many CAD designs to find something that was perfect for me - Robert was so patient throughout the whole process to help us find our perfect wedding rings. We can’t thank Robert enough and would gladly recommend him to anyone!

   Sadness to Happiness! Earlier this year I lost a very precious ring that my husband bought for me from Robert Feather Jewellery in 1994 to celebrate the birth of our first child. I loved it and wore it most days. I looked Robert up and shared what had happened hoping I could describe it well enough to have a similar ring made. Amazingly his record keeping is as good as his jewellery and he found the image he had designed and was able to recreate the same ring for me a mere 28 years later! It is a beautiful simple style with a little diamond and the sort of ring you can wear every day. Thank you Robert for putting a smile on a sad face!
