Although I couldn't get my jewellery repaired the jewellery explained that it would ruin the turquoise. He could have said he could do it but he was honest. Top bloke
Repaired item basically fell apart in my hand after it has been repaired for over a month. Place doesn't respond to an email nor pick up a telephone call.
I feel well and truly rescued today!! I’ve used the Jewellery Workshop a couple of times for plating of my wedding band and engagement ring and have been very satisfied with the results! Today however I had a ring stuck on my finger which of course had me in a great deal of pain and discomfort. I apologise for not knowing the gentleman by name. But wish to say thank you very much for your kindness and for removing my ring in a quick and efficient manner. I thoroughly recommend the Jewellery Workshop and will definitely be back again. I would like to say how thrilled we are with the work done on my channel set diamond eternity ring. With years of wear it had worn quite thin and one of the diamonds was loose, and it looked in great need of some TLC. The work was completed within the week, as promised, and the ring looked as beautiful as it looked when my husband gave it to me for my 40th birthday, 30 years ago. The following week we were proud to pass it on to our daughter on her 40th birthday and know she will love it as much as I did. Thank you so much for bringing it back to life.
