I had such an amazing experience visiting the Stratford School of Jewellery! The classes are incredibly varied and hands on, and the lovely tutors provide a supportive environment to experiment! The school was a welcoming place to try new techniques, it's definitely worth a visit!

Yesterday I did the Hammered Ring Class at Stratford School of Jewellery, which was a birthday gift from a friend, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Sara made us feel so welcome – we even started with a cup of tea while she explained what we’d be doing. She guided us through the whole process step by step, from sawing and filing to soldering and hammering, and was always on hand to answer questions or offer reassurance. I really enjoyed trying out all the different techniques, and I’m over the moon with the finished result – my ring looks brilliant and feels extra special knowing I made it myself. This class is such a great experience, whether you go with friends, family, or even on your own if you’re keen to pick up a new skill. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and creative day out. Thank you so much to Sara and everyone at Stratford School of Jewellery!

Whether you are visiting the beautiful gallery or talking part in a jewellery school session you will receive a lovely warm welcome at Stratford School of Jewellery. The jewellery school hosts visiting artists from all areas of the industry for interesting days of learning. There are multiple week courses throughout the year, where I have truly made some great friends. Be careful though you may leave with a Tunnocks tea cake habit as well as a creative habit. Had a fantastic time here on the Level 1 Silversmith Course. The facilities are fantastic and so well organised; coffee and tunnocks tea cakes and added bonus! Above all however was Sara's excellent teaching and instruction. The perfect blend of teaching; sharing of knowledge and skills with supervised hands on time to work on our own projects. Sara's approach was really well paced and able to meet the needs of all six of us in the class. Far exceeded my expectations!

I did the A025 Six Week Fused Glass Jewellery & Objects Course with Sara, and I'd thoroughly recommend it. She was so experienced and knowledgeable, and I learned an incredible amount in a short period of time. Money well spent, and I'm hoping to do one of the silversmithing classes next! Thanks Sara!

I had such an amazing time on my workshop. I did the Hammered Ring Class and even though I was very nervous at first (ive never done anything related to jewellery before), Sara was so helpful and made me feel so at ease and I came away with a beautiful new ring and a burning desire to do more classes!
