    Poor customer service and unprofessional behaviour by Manager Mr. Andy Murray. He refused to take my gadget, saying I had to take it up to the concerned company and not them, as they had already sold it. He also said that the store person had the absolute authority to refuse any returns even if it's within the return time period. I would never get Argos products. He cunningly removed the cover of the product so that they could later say it was not in its original condition, and he refused to give the original cover. Never go there !!!

    Never have I met someone so rude. Jason the aparent manager should not be customer facing. I have been in the retail industry my whole life and never met someone as rude and disrespectful as him. Argos help yourself out and get rid of him before he ruins your company.

    Returned ring door bell as an unwanted gift. (30 day return policy) scruffy male employee on the desk refused the refund because the door bell had fingerprints on it. Absolute clown.

    Close at 6pm now due to staff shortages. However, they have not updated their Google details still showing at 8pm which has been recently updated by argos...so providing false information which led to me to travel hour round trip to find it was closed. People will turn to online retailers due to errors like this and inconvenient store hours.

    A convenient location to collect a range of items when they're no longer available at larger stores or if you don't want to wait until the morning, as it's open reasonably late. It can get quite busy and the service is sometimes on the slow side (not helped by staff having to push various products as part of the sales process).
