    I went into Timpson’s in Keighley with a small glue repair needed on my favourite old boots — and the gentleman who helped me spent a long time fixing them properly and beautifully… then refused to charge me a penny. “It’s just glue — we don’t charge for that,” he said. But the care, time, and pride he put into the job said far more than that. In a world that doesn’t always feel very kind lately, this simple act of generosity meant far more than he could possibly know. My boots matter to me, and getting them back properly fixed — for free — was a genuine gift. Outstanding service, integrity, and real human warmth. I will never forget it — and I will absolutely be back. Thank you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    The staff at Timpson’s Keighley are always helpful and polite, but today I had the pleasure of being served by Tom. I went in regarding my watch, and he was extremely helpful from start to finish. Tom was polite, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted properly. Great service as always — highly recommend this branch!

    All I needed was a battery. Walked away with a years guarantee on a watch battery for just short of £20. If you're not an assertive person then get your watch fixed somewhere else because you will pay for it here

    My partner is in tears, she took a very expensive coat in for dry cleaning and it came back like rag, lord knows what they did to it, we took it bsck and it has come back to us even worse, the chap in the shop said it was none iron, but the care label symbol allowing ironing was there. We will be tsking this further.
