Spoke to a guy at 1130am, advised someone from commercial insurance team would call me back. No call whats so ever so found another company to sort my insurance needs. Extremely poor service.
Thought I'd asked a professional company for a quote,stated my renewal quote from other insurer,took a week to get quote which was over £110 more expensive, very slow communication, won't be trying them again unfortunately
