   Terry has now visited us twice for plumbing jobs. First time we had a gas hob fitted, which was done to an extremely high standard. The second, and probably the more important time, a replacement toilet was fitted, due to our old unit failing to flush. The old toilet had a boxed in cistern and parts were unavailable. A new toilet was collected and Terry professionally removed all the old one, cleaned all the area and installed the new one. Excellent job all round.

   I rang Terry to see if he could fix a leaking outside pipe for my mum. I sent him photos and he gave me a price and said he could come out the same day, perfect! He came out a few hours later and what a nice guy, he put my mum at ease straight away, not only did he fix the leak but he tidied up two other pipes where the cement had come away. Great guy, went above and beyond, would not hesitate to recommend him.

   Terry of THS Plumbing & Heating has just renewed my confidence in human nature. Called to look at my leaking shower area, he uncovered hidden short cuts left by the initial installers. He explained what was required showing photos of problem areas. Talked through my options saying if he would not install it at home he would not install it for me. This gentleman then with stripped and replaced a shower for my needs including replacing floor and wall panels as needed. Always polite, patient, tidy and a pleasure to employ.

   Called to change a shower. Realised my stop tap wasn’t working and Yorkshire water stop tap outside the property was also broken(fixed by Yorkshire water as their responsibility). Excellent service, great explanations with multiple visits. Great work changing internal stop tap and shower. Always on time. Highly recommend will be using again.

   Did annual boiler service for us. Gave time and price, which we thought was good value. Arrived on time and responded to all our requests about the filter etc. Clean and tidy worker.    I called Terry to see if he could help cap off a gas pipe as part of an old fireplace removal, yes he could lol, he was at my house within 10 minutes, he was polite, friendly, swift, clean and professional, he even gave us some great advice along the way, he made sure the works and our gas system were fully tested and proven safe before leaving. I cannot recommend this guy or his company enough. Great experience from start to finish, thanks Terry we will be using you for any of our future plumbing needs
