   Our Tv was intermittently switching off mid programme so we contacted Kev for his advice, finding him after his excellent reviews. He gave what sounded to be good advice over the phone and arranged to come and collect the Tv a couple of days later when the repair process was fully explained. The fault was located before costs were incurred and we agreed for a repair to go ahead, this was done with the Tv being returned a few days later after it being fully tested on the bench. Overall we found the service from Kev to be excellent as expected from such a nice guy and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

   Very relieved to have my dual DVD & VCR player fixed. My experience with Kev and Sue was nothing but positive from my first call. I had called a previous company before that had not offered much hope about my device and advised it was pretty much scrap. I came across Sheffield TV repairs to see if they could help and from the start Kev and Sue were very attentive and optimistic that there was a chance the device could be repaired fully. They also advised that if it wasn’t able to be fixed that they could offer me a similar alternative device which was reassuring. It was very convienient for me as a disabled person for Kev to come straight to my home and collect and drop off the device. Kev and Sue were great communicators throughout the service and have provided me with allot of information about the stages of the repairs and would often call me with updates. In the end the device was fully repaired and working beautifully. I would definitely recommend and use Sheffield TV repairs again.

   Our TV blew up dramatically, showering the room with sparks. It's not that old, so we weren't best pleased at the idea of spending £1500 on a replacement, and sending a load of glass, plastic and precious metals to the tip. We decided to ring Sheffield TV Repairs, and they got it working again for £300. We're delighted. Highly recommend.

   My Samsung curved screen TV developed the common fault of a white spot. It's now repaired and I'm back enjoying it again. Great service and cheaper than I was expecting. The photo shows the fault, the white spot isn't from a camera flash or reflection, just the common fault. Visible on all channels and Web pages.

   After having an issue with my TV, I rang Sheffieldtvrepairs and spoke to Kev. Kev was sympathetic, warm and friendly during the call as I made him aware of my poor technological knowledge. Despite the COVID issue, Kev made sure that he would come and take a look as soon as possible (in a matter of days in comparison to other companies who were struggling to squeeze me in). Kev arrived and we had a lovely chat , his interpersonal skills are great and I knew I could trust Kev to give me an honest quote. I then decided that I wanted to buy another TV instead as a birthday treat to myself. Kev brought back the other TV and mounted my new one, as well as checking it worked and connecting it to my router (a service that he did NOT HAVE to do). I would not hesitate to use the company again and felt I could have easily been ripped off as a young student with zero technology knowledge, but the pricing is transparent. Service is with a smile and I cannot thank you enough.

   We are very happy with the service Kevin & Sue have given us. Our tv, over 10 years old, suddenly threw a wobbly with the picture turning ghostly white. Kevin collected the tv, diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote and went on to repair it. The tv now seems as good as new - time will tell and after all what can you expect after 10 years - but I was impressed by Kevin's knowledge and his wise advice about whether to repair it or not. Kevin & Sue have been professional, courteous and friendly & caring throughout and went out of their way to return the tv before I needed to self isolate in preparation for an operation. I am very happy to recommend Sheffield tv repairs.
