A massive thanks to John at Dart for the excellent service I recieved in purchasing a new cooker for a rental. He kept me updated & informed every step of the way & liased with the gas engineer from Osbornes UK (another excellent company) as to delivery & installation. I've used Dart a few times over the years, & they never fail to deliver a fantastic service. Many thanks & highly recommended.
First class friendly service. The heating element in our oven broke Friday afternoon and Dart replaced it Saturday morning in time for an extended family meal on Sunday! Well done the Dart team!!
I enquired about getting a fridge/freezer repaired and was advised, by promptly answered email, that repair was not economically viable so I should buy a new appliance. It would have been so easy for this company to fleece us for a call out charge only to give us the same advice. Very reassuring to find somebody who acts with integrity and is not trying to rip you off!
Great service and installation. Quick too. And too those who want a coffee machine repairing, THEY DONT SELL COFFEE MACHINES, for goodness sake.
Rude and unhelpful. Repairs written on front of shop but brushed me off straight away before I could explain what the problem was.
