   Sunnia is ignorant and shouldn't be working at the till. I bought only one item, I went to her to pay, I said hello to her but she was too busy talking to her colleague so she didn't respond at all. She didn't ask if I pay by cash or card, I had the card in my hand so she allowed the card payment straight away After I paid I said "Thanks, have a good day,bye" but again she had no words for me. She was still chatting to her colleague who was at the other till. These type of people should be working in a factory where they don't need to interact with customers! Absolutely ignorant and this is not what I usually experience in other Poundlands...

   Rubbish staff under the management of Andy ( manager ) rubbish customer service. Very rude behaviour towards their customers. They don't care that the customer is the key of their success. Will not go back there but I know it won't make any difference to them. Really big trauma for me as I moved to area recently and that was my first visit. :( Staff treated me really badly on tiny thing that was so innocent by my child. They could've handled it in a different manner. The security guard ( the only reasonable person there ) apologized behalf of them, and told me it's no point complaining I'm sure he's must have been aware of What kind of people they are. 264-268 High St, Erdington, Birmingham B23 6SN

   I was greeted by a staff when I got to the greeting zone and at the till,I cannot remember name though but that was really impressive.... it did not take a minute I was served and whilst leaving she asked me to have a nice day that was really impressive as well I'm glad she was good in her customer service skills unlike other stores in which their staffs seems like they were being forced to come to work
