I went to buy internet credit. EE was the one who contacted the customers. She was very racist with me and spoke badly to me. She was an old woman, but I didn't want to talk to her because she was old and wouldn't sell me internet credit. This happened today at 9:30 a.m. I was at the cashier. /b23 6rs
It is one of my favourites supermarkets. It has a variety of things:home decor,cleaning products,food ,pet section. Welcoming stuff and I was impressed by a lovely elderly woman who served me on the cashier. Prices are ok ,most of the people love low prices like I do .
Erdington is safe again! And they have a lot of shops in the high street, one of my favourite is Poundland specially the biggest, because you find more items. The staff is very helpful and they do her best for keep tidy and organised the shop. Is you have to do many shopping Erdington high street is wonderful option, because you can find almost everything that you need.
I bought pair of Disney sliders from the store to find they have cut open all my toe, I've been in contact with Disney and they state I need to contact these but in all fairness they don't anseer the phone, this is what has happend

Poundland is a discount store in Birmingham that offers a wide range of products for just one pound. As Poundlands go it is among the better ones. Clean and modern though feels a bit small. As with most Poundlands now there's a LOT of space given to the clothing and fresh food lines. As for the traditional Poundland area it's sadly mostly full of cheap tat which will either break easily or barely be fit for purpose. No bargains at all. I think they've lost their focus since not having any direct competition. They absorbed the 99p stores and Poundworld went out of business. Since then it's all been downhill in Poundland stores. But as they go this is one of the better ones so 3 stars instead of 2!
There are two Poundland on the high street but this one is the biggest inside he also has a PEP and Co which is a clothing store the shop has a massive variety of toiletries household goods DIY goods gardening tools pet accessories food and groceries everything you could need back to school equipment they have self serve at the front as well as staff tills
Rubbish staff under the management of Andy ( manager ) rubbish customer service. Very rude behaviour towards their customers. They don't care that the customer is the key of their success. Will not go back there but I know it won't make any difference to them. Really big trauma for me as I moved to area recently and that was my first visit. :( Staff treated me really badly on tiny thing that was so innocent by my child. They could've handled it in a different manner. The security guard ( the only reasonable person there ) apologized behalf of them, and told me it's no point complaining I'm sure he's must have been aware of What kind of people they are. 264-268 High St, Erdington, Birmingham B23 6SN
The shop was clean, tidy and has a lot of items( which are not £1 ,by the way). Shop was busy, only 1 cashier and the queue was very long, you can do self scan for your shopping ,but because most of people has many items they wait for cashier. We ask for bags,4 of them were with broken handles ,while other snaps before finish load them,but that's not cashier fault, maybe a bad batch. Anyway, overalls was ok.
