   I had issues transferring date from an old laptop to a new one. In desperation I researched on line for home repairs. Ian promptly replied to answer my request stating a timescale and price. To his word Ian arrived and took away my laptop. It was returned but there was an issue with cctv. Ian continued to gain additional details of the website returning, at no additional cost, until the issue was resolved. Nice to see we still have such pride in the quality of service we provide. Many thanks Ian for your support and excellent standard of service.

   Ian is absolutely brilliant! My laptop suddenly ran into a "blue screen of death issue" and after spending 3 hours trying to fix it myself I knew I couldn't. I did a Google quick search and found Ian. I texted him and he responded really promptly. He kindly collected my laptop on his way home from work and asked me what was going on. I explained my problem and told him that I was desperate for the repair ASAP as I am self employed and need my laptop for work. Ian took it away and 4.5hrs later it was fixed, and once again he kindly dropped it off for me at home. Ian went absolutely above and beyond. My laptop is fixed and running brilliantly and the cost was very very reasonable. I'm glad that I've found Ian I have absolutely no hesitating in recommending him.

   My PC was suffering from one Windows upgrade too many. It had been getting sluggish and finally gave up the ghost. I took it to Ian in the hope that he could save the files that I'd not got round to backing up, but I was resigned to having to splash out on a new computer. Not now! He's backed up my files and installed a super fast solid state drive, which means the computer is running better than ever. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!
